Yes again, I ran across Russ Dalby in another one of those infamous infomercials. In this so- called opportunity you look for real estate notes, you put them on the ANN(America's Note Network) website, and third you wait until there bought. Your acting like a broker, when there sold you get a commission, seems simple enough.

After further review of the Ann website it looks to me that there is a teaching of this information to build up a network of scouts to bring business in order to buy these valuable notes. And looking even further into Russ Daby's course I found a tremendous amount of excessive pricing going on for other products, making it difficult for the buyer of this course to even get by, or get started in this venture.

Russ Dalby gives you a money back guarantee, but what I heard from people who bought his course, "their course material is designed to confuse you, by the time I got through this ,with the additional products, services, I was unable to get a refund do to the time.

Russ Dalby should be selling more real estate notes than his course, the only one here making any money is Mr. Dalby selling is unethical course, so without any further review, I do not recommend Russ Dalby or his Note Network.
