Mentors in Motion

Mentors in Motion, sounds like the commercial for Verizon when the guy keeps walking around and asks, "can you hear me now". This program is run by Val Smith who sells admissions to people at a conference call while mentoring is going on.

I guess you could learn from this method, but I wouldn't call it mentoring, it could be defined as listening to a good speaker at a luncheon that your boss told you was a company ,"must go to".

Val Smith has a very unique concept and structure here, but I don't think he sees the whole picture. The definition of mentoring, as I see it, and have done, is to duplicate the knowledge and success to another person. If you're looking to succeed in a home business opportunity, then it only makes sense to mentor with that person who has been successful, one on one!
