Kevin McCarthy is a pioneer in internet marketing with one of the world's first internet based businesses Amacord, formerly E-Media. Also conducted the first conference on the commercial potential of the Internet.

Kevin McCarthy authored "The Internet Business Manual", the first book for the entrepreneur published in this country about the Internet. He worked for Japan's largest online service from 1996 thru 2001 called NEC's Biglobe., while offering services to small and medium sized businesses.
