Here we have a former late night infomercial guru peddling his real estate wares to the public from Hawaii.

Dave Del Dotto is a man who has been challenged to prove his methods, on tv and also from my mentor. He never took the challenges because he could not back up what he was flapping his gums about.

According to reports from Newsweek magazine 06/98, Dave Del Dotto was on a list of questionable infomercials, and soon after was bankrupt. He is still on tv scamming some other product.

To keep it short Dave Del Dotto is not a man to be trusted, and if your looking at some of his later courses on real estate, do yourself a favor, look elsewhere. I do not recommend anything he is associated with.
